News: Streater's agent indicated that the wideout needs minor surgery and is hoping to return to action in 4-5 weeks, according to ESPN's Bill Williamson. Streater suffered a fractured foot in Week 3's loss to the Patriots. Impact: Based on the report, it appears as though Streater has avoided a major foot injury, though such a timetable hasn't been confirmed by the Raiders and the receiver is still sidelined indefinitely. In his absence, Andre Holmes, Denarius Moore and perhaps Vincent Brown figure to see added opportunities in the Raiders' passing attack in the coming weeks.(RotoWire, )

News: Streater (foot) was spotted with crutches on the sideline during Sunday's game against the Patriots and appears done for the day, Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle reports. Impact: It's possible the Raiders just had Streater use the crutches in an attempt to protect the foot from further aggravation, but the extent of the injury remains unknown at this juncture. The Raiders should offer further clarification on Streater's condition after the game. He caught three passes on three targets for 32 yards before exiting.(RotoWire, )

News: Streater suffered a fractured foot in Sunday's loss to the Patriots, Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle reports. Impact: For a team short on receiving talent to begin with, Streater's injury could be crippling. He'll almost certainly miss multiple weeks as a result of the injury, robbing rookie Derek Carr of a vital target. With Streater out of the picture, opportunity knocks for James Jones, Andre Holmes and Denarius Moore to see more involvement in the passing game.(RotoWire, )

News: Streater (hip) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Patriots.   Impact: It remains to be seen how close to 100 percent Streater, given that he has been dealing with a hip flexor, but he's out there if you need him in deeper leagues this week.(RotoWire, )

News: Streater (hip) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots after practicing in a limited fashion Friday, the Raiders' official site reports. Impact: Streater's participation in practice Friday, albeit in a limited capacity, is a good sign, but those thinking about using him in Week 3 are nonetheless advised to verify the wideout's status in advance of Sunday's 1:00 ET kickoff.(RotoWire, )

News: Streater (hip) did not practice Thursday, CSNBayArea.com reports. Impact: Streater has been a spectator the past two days due to a hip flexor injury, suffered during the second half of last Sunday's loss to the Texans. However, he still thinks he'll be ready to go this Sunday against New England, but for that to be realistic, Streater will likely need to log at least a limited practice Friday. If he ends up sitting, Denarius Moore would likely step into the starting role opposite James Jones, while Andre Holmes would be a candidate for increased looks as well.(RotoWire, )

News: Streater (hip flexor) said he thinks he will be ready to go Sunday against the Patriots, Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle reports. Impact: The Raiders signed veteran wideout Vincent Brown as an insurance policy for Streater, who suffered a hip flexor injury in last Sunday's loss to the Texans, but it sounds like the 26-year-old is intent on playing through the issue this week. He did not practice Wednesday, however, and if he can't return to at least a limited practice by Friday, the team may step in and hold him out against New England. Through two games, Streater has six receptions on 10 targets for 52 yards and a touchdown.(RotoWire, )
