News: Bush (knee) had six carries for 26 rushing yards and two catches on three targets for six receiving yards Sunday against the Panthers. Impact: The Lions' offense really struggled to move the ball and they eventually finished with only 18 rushing attempts versus 48 passes. The disappointment for Bush is that Joique Bell had four more carries and eight more targets, as quarterback Matthew Stafford looked his way quite a bit against a very good Panthers defense. Bush will look to grab a bigger piece of the distribution in Week 3, against a Packers defense that allowed 146 rushing yards to the Jets in Week 2.(RotoWire, )

News: Bush (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Panthers. Impact: Bush was limited in practice Wednesday, but a full participant after that, so he's is good to go Sunday. He faces a tough Panthers' defense in Week 2 (though they will be without Greg Hardy), and will continue to lose touches to Joique Bell.(RotoWire, )

News: Bush (knee) is probable for Sunday's game against Carolina. Impact: As expected, Bush's knee issue turned out to be a very manageable one with a minimal impact on his fantasy value heading into Sunday. Although the Carolina defense is a tough one, Bush should offer his usual fantasy utility, particularly as a source of receiving production.(RotoWire, )

News: Bush (knee) was a full participant in practice Thursday, Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reports. Impact: There was no indication immediately after Monday's win versus the Giants that Bush was dealing with anything other than the typical bumps and bruises involved with NFL play. After he was deemed limited Wednesday due to a knee injury, he was unhinged just one day later, which forecasts active status Sunday in Carolina. However, the matchup is less than pleasing, as the Panthers ranked second-best in rushing yards allowed last season with 86.9 per game.(RotoWire, )

News: Bush (knee) was limited in practice Wednesday, Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reports. Impact: Bush got off to a hot start in Monday night's regular season opener, catching four passes in the first quarter. However, he was relatively quiet thereafter, which was thought to be the result of the Lions' double-digit lead. The knee injury may have been the true culprit, though, which opens the door for Joique Bell to handle more reps than normal. Expect the final injury report of the week to clarify Detroit's running-back situation heading into Week 2 at Carolina.(RotoWire, )

News: Bush had six receptions for 49 yards and nine carries for 15 yards in Monday's 35-14 win over the Giants. Impact: Bush was slightly out-touched by Joique Bell, who got seven of his 15 carries in the fourth quarter while the Lions were protecting a multi-score lead. After catching four passes in the first quarter, Bush was surprisingly quiet for the rest of the night, unable to get anything going on the ground. Running lanes will be hard to come by in Carolina on Sunday, but he still figures to top his 15 rushing yards from this week.(RotoWire, )
