News: Williams had just one catch for three yards during Sunday's win over Miami. He was on the field for 26 of the team's 59 offensive plays, Joe Buscaglia of wgr550.com reports. Impact: Sunday was the Sammy Watkins show, and even though Robert Woods didn't do much, Wood's 47 plays were far more than Williams. After two games and just three catches for 39 yards, Williams for sure has better days in store, but it seems like his value will come mostly in the red zone. He's simply not going to get the volume unless one of the two guys ahead of him gets hurt.(RotoWire, )

News: Williams caught two balls for 36 yards during Sunday's win over the Bears. He was targeted three times. Impact: The Bills -- typically a run-first program -- threw the ball a modest 22 times in the game, and the one red-zone scoring throw went to running back C.J. Spiller. As for Williams' fellow receivers, Sammy Watkins was targeted four times and Robert Woods six. Williams probably has the best red-zone possibilities of the three, but there are a decent number of mouths to feed, and it seems Williams' value will end up being tied mostly to any scoring weeks.(RotoWire, )
