News: Williams had an 80-yard touchdown in Sunday's loss to Houston, the longest catch of his career. He was targeted six times but only hauled in two and finished with 84 yards. Impact: Obviously, if it wasn't for the big play -- one that kept the Bills in the game -- it would have been another horrid outing for Williams. He saw action on 61 percent of the plays, which is OK for a third receiver, but on the season, his 7/134/1 line with only 16 targets continues to keep him on the fringe, at best, of the fantasy landscape.(RotoWire, )

News: Williams was targeted four times during Sunday's loss to San Diego but only hauled in two of them for 11 yards. Impact: With just five catches on the season and no scores, Williams has taken a back seat in the fantasy realm to Sammy Watkins and, to a lesser extent, Robert Woods. Williams will probably need an injury to one of those two to start realizing a bigger role in the offense, though we do feel it would behoove the Bills to start looking his way more on some deeper, fight-for-it type of plays.(RotoWire, )
