News: Lynch (non-injury) is probable for Sunday's game against Carolina. Impact: Lynch has had two disappointing games in a row, but his health is not an issue and he's a prime bounce-back candidate as he takes on a Carolina defense allowing a league-worst 5.3 yards per carry.(RotoWire, )

News: Lynch (non-injury) returned to practice Thursday, John Boyle of the Everett Herald reports. Impact: To commence the week of game prep, Lynch logged his normal absence Wednesday, but full practices will represent the remainder of team activities this week. With at least 17 carries in four of six games this season, he's a safe bet to handle a significant workload Sunday in Carolina, whose defense has allowed 5.3 YPC and 10 total touchdowns to opposing running backs in 2014.(RotoWire, )

News: Lynch (non-injury) didn't partake in practice Wednesday, the Seahawks' official site reports. Impact: Owners have little to worry about, as the Seahawks hold Lynch on the sideline during the first practice of each week. Although he represents one of the NFL's standout running backs, he hasn't topped 100 yards rushing since Week 1, which is a direct result of Russell Wilson's prowess as a runner. In the last three contests, Lynch's output has thus suffered, with an average of 15 carries for 62 yards per game, while totaling eight receptions (on 10 targets) for 64 yards and a touchdown catch. Expect him to make his presence felt in drills in short order.(RotoWire, )

News: Lynch ran 18 times for 53 yards against the Rams on Sunday. He added two receptions for 18 yards. Impact: Lynch has been held in check two weeks in a row and the Seahawks have started complaining about the officiating. He still should dominate a poor Carolina team next week.(STATS, 3:24pm)

News: Lynch had 18 carries for 53 rushing yards and two catches on two targets for 18 receiving yards in Sunday's loss to the Rams. Impact: Lynch's 18 carries were his highest total since Week 3 (and third highest of the season), but he failed to break 75 rushing yards for the third straight game, averaging a meager 2.9 yards per carry. With Percy Harvin gone, the Seahawks have no deep threat, and defenses likely will stack the line against Lynch, as the Rams did. The good news is that the Seahawks travel to Charlotte next week to face a Panthers defense that allows 140.2 rushing yards per game, fifth most in the league.(RotoWire, )

News: Lynch (non-injury) is active for Sunday's game against the Rams. Impact: Lynch was reportedly not happy about the team trading Percy Harvin to the Jets this week, but he stands to be a beneficiary of the move, as the Seahawks get back to centering the offense around their running game. He was only on the injury report after being held out Wednesday, though it was for non-injury reasons, but he was a full participant Thursday and Friday and looks poised to bounce back, after a 62-yard performance in Week 6 against the Cowboys.(RotoWire, )

News: Lynch (non-injury) is probable for Sunday's game against St. Louis. Impact: Lynch's game against Dallas was disappointing, but the fact that he averaged 6.1 yards per carry leaves the fault of his 61-yard showing solely at the feet of Seattle offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell. Playing against a St. Louis squad struggling against the run, Lynch should bounce back in a decisive fashion this week.(RotoWire, )

News: Lynch (non-injury) returned to practice Thursday, the Seahawks' official site reports. Impact: As is customary, the veteran rested Wednesday before returning to the practice field Thursday. He's coming off his worst fantasy performance of the season, but a chance to run wild against the Rams' 26th-ranked run defense Sunday should help him right the ship.(RotoWire, )
Wed. Oct 15, 2014
News: Lynch (non-injury) didn't practice Wednesday. Impact: Lynch and the Seahawks' offense had the tables turned on them in Sunday's loss to the Cowboys, who gobbled up almost 38 minutes of possession. As a result, he put together his worst fantasy performance of the season (10 carries for 61 yards and one reception for one yard). On a positive note, the Seahawks didn't have to strain their workhorse, and they extended that respite into Wednesday's practice. Expect his presence at drills before the end of the week.(RotoWire, )
Mon. Oct 13, 2014
News: Lynch ran only 10 times for 61 yards against the Cowboys on Sunday. Impact: The Seattle offense was out of sorts Sunday but owners shouldn't be too worried about Lynch's ability to bounce back.(STATS, 2:07pm)

News: Lynch (non-injury) is active for Sunday's game against the Cowboys. Impact: As expected, Lynch is ready to roll at home against a Dallas defense that got crushed by Arian Foster last week.(RotoWire, )
Oct 12, 2014
News: Lynch (non-injury) had 10 carries for 61 yards and caught one pass on two targets for just one yard in Sunday's 30-23 loss to Dallas. Impact: The Cowboys held the ball for nearly 38 minutes, so Lynch never really had an opportunity to get into a groove. Other than a 32-yard run, he was held in check. He had been dealing with some back soreness recently, but that was not a factor Sunday. As long as he's healthy, he'll continue to shoulder most of the load for Seattle's rushing attack. Next week, he'll look to redeem himself at St. Louis, which held him to a season-low 23 yards in the Edwards Jones Dome last year.(RotoWire, )
Fri. Oct 10, 2014
News: Lynch (non-injury) is probable for Sunday's game against Dallas. Impact: Lynch's Wednesday practice absence was strictly for rest, as always. He's at full strength and he's poised for a strong effort at home against a Dallas defense that's lacking both talent and health.(RotoWire, )
Thu. Oct 9, 2014
News: Lynch (non-injury) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Curtis Crabtree of Sports Radio KJR reports. Impact: With no ailment to ponder over, Lynch can focus on blazing a trail Sunday against a Cowboys defense that has allowed 5.6 YPC and three total touchdowns to opposing backs through five contests.(RotoWire, )
Tue. Oct 7, 2014
News: Lynch ran for 72 yards on 17 carries despite missing the first series because he needed extra time to loosen some tight muscles. He also caught five passes for 45 yards and a touchdown. Impact: What started as an injury scare ended with another solid performance from Lynch. He now has six total touchdowns and more than 400 total yards this season.(STATS, 4:05pm)
