News: Colston caught two passes on four targets for 25 yards, including a 13-yard touchdown grab, in Saturday's preseason game against the Colts. Impact: Colston benefitted from the return of Drew Brees, who appeared to be in regular-form, despite missing most of training camp with an oblique injury. Hampered by foot and knee injuries during the first half of last season, Colston turned it on over the season's final eight games. With the Saints posting points at ease this preseason, Colston, who has proven to be one of the most consistent fantasy receivers over his career, is looking more and more like a steal at his current ADP.(RotoWire, )

News: Colston, who missed Friday's preseason game for undisclosed reasons, returned to practice Monday, the New Orleans Times-Picayune reports. Impact: Colston, hampered by foot and knee injuries much of the first half, suffered through arguably his worst season as a pro last year, failing to post 1,000 yards receiving or seven scores for the first time since 2008. Still, he managed 48 grabs for 601 yards and four scores over the final eight games of 2013, showing that his early-season ailments may have been to blame for his relatively low numbers. While it's possible Colston has lost a step as he enters his ninth NFL season, he's been one of the most consistent weapons in fantasy during his career and remains the top wide receiver option in a Drew Brees-led offense, making him a potential value if he slips in drafts.(RotoWire, )
