News: Floyd, now fully recovered from a career threatening neck injury, has been the MVP of Chargers training camp, the San Diego Union-Tribune reports. Impact: The biggest indicator that Floyd might be all the way back to pre-injury form is his willingness to line up as an inside receiver and catch underneath passes in addition to his typical deep patterns from the outside. The Chargers under Mike McCoy like to employ all of their receivers from multiple spots throughout the game, and Floyd has not batted an eye at moving around. A healthy Floyd combined with Keenan Allen and Eddie Royal could form a strong wideout trio.(RotoWire, )

News: Floyd caught two passes for 30 yards on three targets in Saturday's preseason game against the Seahawks. Impact: Seemingly past the scary spinal cord injury he dealt with last season, Floyd is well positioned to reclaim his role as the starting wideout opposite Keenan Allen. Floyd worked in that capacity during Friday's game, as he and Allen were the only wide receivers targeted by Philip Rivers.(RotoWire, )
