News: The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have re-signed receiver Murphy and waived receiver Chris Owusu. Impact: Murphy spent the offseason and entire preseason with the Bucs before being released the week of the season opener. The sixth-year pro spent the first three years of his career with the Oakland Raiders after being selected in the fourth round of the 2009 draft.
