News: Witten caught all five of his targets for 61 yards in Sunday's 38-17 win over the Saints. Impact: Witten had two catches on the opening drive, but then disappeared until the end of the second half. While the five targets may not seem like much, the Cowboys only attempted 29 passes, coming in under 30 for a third consecutive week. The veteran tight end should eventually have some nice games, but his season-long upside appears somewhat limited as the co-No. 2 receiving option, along with WR Terrance Williams, in an offense that's been unstoppable on the ground.(RotoWire, )

News: Witten caught four of his five targets for 49 yards in Sunday's win over the Rams. Impact: The Cowboys' increased focus on the running game has hit Witten the hardest so far, as not only are there fewer non-Dez Bryant targets to go around, but Witten is also called on to block more often than he was in the past. Witten is still capable of turning in a big game if he gets a chance, but unless the team's offensive mix becomes more pass-happy again, it might be time to stop viewing Witten as an every-week starter.(RotoWire, )
