News: Harrison announced his retirement via facebook on Saturday, ESPN.com reports. "My love for my family and the need to be there for them outweighs my desire to play the game," posted Harrison. News: Harrison is tentatively scheduled to take a physical for the Cardinals on Friday, Kent Somers of AZCentral.com reports. Impact: This would certainly seem to suggest Harrison's visit with the Cardinals went well, though the report notes that it's not a foregone conclusion that a deal gets done. In his age-35 season, Harrison racked up just 16 tackles (14 solo) and two sacks in 15 games with the Bengals, but the fit with Arizona would make sense, as he's familiar with coach Bruce Arians and would help offset the losses of Daryl Washington (suspension) and Darnell Dockett (knee).(RotoWire, )

News: Harrison will visit with the Arizona Cardinals on Wednesday, NFL.com reports. Impact: Harrison started 10 games and posted a pair of sacks for the Bengals last season. While the 36-year-old made it clear this offseason that he'd relish a return to Pittsburgh, where he spent the first nine years of his career, potentially signing with the Cardinals represents an opportunity to reunite with former coach Bruce Arians. Additionally, with Arizona losing Karlos Dansby in free agency, Daryl Washington to suspension, and Darnell Dockett (knee) to injury, an experienced player with Harrison's 3-4 scheme fit certainly makes sense.(RotoWire, )
