News: Tate, who tweaked his shoulder during the Lions' offseason program, will come off the team's PUP list in advance of Monday's practice, Detroit News reports. Impact: Tate, who is coming off a 2013 season in which he caught 64 passes for 898 yards and five touchdowns for the Seahawks, is being counted on by the Lions to provide a complementary wideout presence opposite All-Pro Calvin Johnson. In such a scenario, Tate has a chance to see plenty of targets in the Detroit offense, and the fifth-year receiver appears poised to see a boost in his fantasy stock this coming season.(RotoWire, )

News: Tate (undisclosed) will begin training camp on the Lions' PUP list, NFL.com reports. Impact: Tate's reason for landing on the PUP list is unknown at this point and since any injury has not been previously disclosed, an explanation should be forthcoming. No matter, Tate will open his first Lions training camp on the sidelines, although it's doubtful he'll be a spectator for long. Projected to start opposite Calvin Johnson, Tate should enjoy both single coverage and Detroit's pass-happy scheme this season, putting his fantasy stock on the rise.(RotoWire, )
