News: Manning completed 22-of-45 passes for 280 yards and one touchdown, but he was sacked twice and threw five interceptions in a home loss to the 49ers on Sunday. Impact: Manning connected with six different receivers, throwing 28 of his 45 passes to starting wideouts Rueben Randle and Odell Beckham, while tight end Larry Donnell caught the lone touchdown pass. After turning the ball over five times in the first seven games of the season, Manning has lost the ball eight times in the last three games, as issue he hopes to pull away from in Week 12, against a Cowboys defense that he threaded for 248 yards and three touchdowns in Week 7.(RotoWire, )

News: Manning completed 29-of-44 passes for 283 yards, with one touchdown and an interception in Sunday's 38-17 loss at Seattle. He also lost a fumble late in the game. Impact: Manning did a nice job finding rookie Odell Beckham and Preston Parker, as the two young wideouts combined to catch 14-of-15 targets for 187 yards and a touchdown. In the three games since Victor Cruz (knee) was lost for the season, Manning has been strong from a statistical standpoint, mainly due to garbage-time production, but the offense has struggled on the whole. Not that Cruz was having an amazing season, and the Giants' funk started the same week he got hurt at Philadelphia, but Manning has looked out of sorts lately, including most of the second half in Sunday's loss. On a positive note, he's done a good job protecting the ball this season, with just two interceptions in the last seven games. Rashad Jennings (knee) is expected back soon, possibly in Week 11, which could boost the Giants' offense a bit, while taking some pressure off of the veteran QB. Next up for Manning are the 49ers, who have been generally been tough against the pass this season.(RotoWire, )

News: Manning completed 27 of 52 passes for 359 yards and two touchdowns in New York's loss Monday night. Impact: Manning's 52 pass attempts were the third-most of his career. Indianapolis steamrolled the Giants and led most of the game, forcing New York to heavily rely on their passing offense. Don't expect this type of activity on a week-to-week basis.(STATS, 4:42pm)
