News: Stanton completed 21-of-32 passes for 306 yards, with two touchdowns and a pair of interceptions, in Sunday's 14-6 win over the Lions. Impact: It looked like Stanton was going to have a monster game, connecting with Michael Floyd on a pair of first-quarter touchdowns, but he didn't lead Arizona to any points over the final three periods. One of his interceptions came in the red zone, and he missed some throws in the second half, although Detroit's strong defense probably had a lot to do with that. Nonetheless, he did enough to help the Cardinals improve to a league-best 9-1 on the season. In Week 12, Stanton will have a tough test, facing a rugged Seahawks' defense on the road.(RotoWire, )

News: Stanton was 3 of 5 for 85 with a key TD pass in Sunday's win over St. Louis. Impact: With Carson Palmer done for the season, Stanton could have some serious fantasy value. He went 2-1 as a starter while Palmer was out with a shoulder injury.(STATS, 1:05pm)

News: With Carson Palmer out for the season with a torn ACL, Stanton will assume the Cardinals' starting quarterback duties, beginning with this coming Sunday's game against the Lions. Impact: Stanton is a priority add for those scrambling to replace Palmer, and an option for those in need of a Week 11 bye week plug-in or QB depth in general. While his matchup this coming weekend is a challenging one, Stanton could end up putting up respectable fantasy production down the stretch if he establishes a good rapport in the passing game with the likes of wideouts Larry Fitzgerald, Michael Floyd and John Brown, as well as running back Andre Ellington.(RotoWire, )

News: Stanton completed 3-of-5 passes for 85 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 31-14 win over St. Louis. He entered the game in the fourth quarter, after Carson Palmer left with a knee injury. Impact: Palmer had to be carted to the locker room, so while it's too early to speculate on the nature of his injury, it doesn't appear to be minor. Stanton tossed a 48-yard touchdown strike to rookie John Brown a few plays after Palmer left, showing off his willingness to challenge defenses. If you're in need of a QB, it wouldn't be a bad idea to grab Stanton, in case Palmer's injury turns out to be serious. The Cardinals have a tough matchup in Week 11, however, facing a solid Lions' secondary.(RotoWire, )
