News: Pitta caught three passes for 30 yards on four targets in Thursday's 26-6 win over the Steelers. Impact: Pitta was outshined by No. 2 TE Owen Daniels, who posted a 5-28-2 receiving line on five targets, as the Ravens primarily operated out of two-TE sets. Pitta has 19 targets through two weeks, and he's been on the field for nearly every play, so he should still see plenty of looks, even with Daniels coming on strong. The bigger concern is red-zone targets, as Joe Flacco often looked Pitta's way on play-action passes at the goal line in past seasons. Thursday night, Flacco found Daniels on two such passes, with Pitta acting as a blocker on one of the plays.(RotoWire, )

News: Pitta caught 10 passes for 83 yards on 15 targets in Sunday's 23-16 loss to the Bengals. Impact: Pitta will have a big role in the offense, and may even lead the Ravens in targets this season, but Sunday's volume was an aberration, as Joe Flacco attempted 62 passes. It's perhaps a bit concerning that fellow tight end Owen Daniels had five targets, though Daniels and Pitta were typically on the field at the same time, with Pitta away from the formation. Pitta played 83-of-88 offensive snaps, while Daniels logged just 30.(RotoWire, )
