News: Milliner, who suffered a high ankle sprain Sunday, is now wearing a walking boot to stabilize the ailment, Rich Cimini of ESPN New York reports. Impact: Milliner is expected to miss a few weeks after fearing to have broken his ankle, the New York Daily News reports, although test results thankfully revealed just a sprain. Nonetheless, his absence is a tough blow for a second-year player with documented injury issues, especially considering his promising recent development into the Jets' No. 1 cornerback. That being said, Milliner will aim to return for the beginning of the regular season, which would mark a welcomed boost for a New York secondary that lost rookie Dexter McDougle (torn ACL) Sunday and is currently treating Dimitri Patterson (leg) as well.(RotoWire, )
