News: Hogan has survived the final cutdown and appears as if he'll be on the Bills' season-opening 53-man roster. Impact: The question is whether the receiver called "7-11" is the No. 4, 5, or 6 guy in the pecking order, so we'll keep an eye on what the coaching staff has to say in the coming weeks. Hogan's forte is in the slot, and he could show up on deep radars early in the season if Sammy Watkins' rib injury - which the team still considers minor - turns into something that puts him on the shelf.(RotoWire, )

News: Marquise Goodwin (hamstring) and not Hogan took the first snaps as the No. 3 wide receiver in Saturday's preseason game against the Buccaneers, ESPN's Mike Rodak reports. Impact: Hogan has worked as the slot man in three-wide sets for much of the preseason, but it seems that Goodwin's return from injury could knock him back to fifth on the depth chart, with Sammy Watkins (hamstring), Mike Williams and Robert Woods accounting for the top three spots.(RotoWire, )
