News: Hogan, who had a limited role with the Bills last season, continues to shine practice after practice, BuffaloBills.com reports. He's showing more burst than last season to go with an ability he's always had in gaining separation from defensive backs. Said quarterback EJ Manuel, "Chris has done a great job, especially in the red zone where the area is a lot tighter. I know there was one I threw him, he wasn't even looking, I kind of just stuck it in his stomach. As soon as he turned his head the ball was on him. That's a hard catch to make, especially in traffic." Impact: Hogan is probably not going to pass Sammy Watkins, Robert Woods, Mike Williams, or Marquise Goodwin, but the Bills look like they're going to place a heavy reliance on the slot receiver spot and he's starting to look like a clear backup to Woods. Of the next batch after the top four, perhaps there will be room for two of Hogan, Marcus Easley, and T.J. Graham to make the team.(RotoWire, )
