News: Palmer was not sharp in Sunday's preseason game against Cincinnati, completing just 7-of-19 pass attempts for 92 yards. He did not have a touchdown pass, but threw an interception. Impact: Palmer was generally erratic, especially in the first quarter, missing Michael Floyd for a long touchdown pass on back-to-back plays during Arizona's opening possession. The veteran quarterback also threw an interception that was returned for a touchdown, as he and Larry Fitzgerald seemed to miscommunicate with one another on Fitzgerald's route. He had several other throws that should have been picked off, but Bengals defenders could not cleanly catch the ball. Despite the mediocre performance, there are many weapons for Palmer to work with, namely Fitzgerald, Floyd, and Andre Ellington, so there is a good chance he can improve on last season's 4,274-yard and 24-touchdown campaign. The offensive line should also be a little better, as last year's first-round pick Jonathan Cooper will return, after missing the entire 2013 season with a broken leg.(RotoWire, )
