News: St. Louis Rams coach Jeff Fisher has benched Davis and will go back to veteran Shaun Hill for Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos. Impact: Davis had two interceptions and lost a fumble in the fourth quarter in Sunday's 31-14 loss at Arizona. Hill began the season as the replacement for Sam Bradford, who was sidelined for the second straight year with a knee injury. However, Hill injured his thigh in the opener. (STATS, 12:51pm)

News: Head coach Jeff Fisher announced Wednesday that Shaun Hill will start Sunday against the Broncos in Davis' place, Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. Impact: It was reported Tuesday that Davis would hold onto his job despite a rough couple games, but Fisher apparently changed his mind, and will go with Hill this week instead.
