News: Wiliams, who suffered a concussion in Week 1 but was cleared to play for Sunday's win over Miami, was on the field for all 79 of the team's defensive plays, Joe Buscaglia of wgr550.com reports. Impact: Williams logged seven total tackles and a pass defended, which isn't too bad for someone who was dicey to play at one point. He'll remain the best IDP play for the Bills when it comes to the safety group.(RotoWire, )

News: Williams (concussion) is not among the Bills' inactives for Sunday's game against the Dolphins. Impact: He'll start at free safety, after leaving last week's win over the Bears. Williams appears to have come through the league's concussion protocol in good order.(RotoWire, )

News: Williams (head) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, WGR Radio's Joe Buscaglia reports. Impact: Williams suffered a "mild traumatic brain injury" during Sunday's win at Chicago, but he's passed through every step of the concussion protocol so far and the team likely feels good about his chances of suiting up against the Dolphins. If you own Williams as an IDP, you'll get the benefit of making the call for the early wave of Sunday's games.(RotoWire, )

News: The Bills are calling Williams' head injury a "mild traumatic brain injury," and he was able to practice on a limited basis for a second straight day Thursday, ESPN's Mike Rodak reports. Impact: The term "mild" is good, but it's still a head injury and Williams will continue to work through the NFL's concussion protocol. We should have a decent idea of his status by the time Friday's practice concludes, though there could be further testing right up through the weekend. So far, so good for the safety.(RotoWire, )

News: Williams, who left Sunday's win at Chicago due to concussion-like symptoms, practiced on a limited basis Wednesday, ESPN's Mike Rodak reports. Impact: Williams will continue to work through the NFL's concussion protocol and we probably won't know his status for Sunday's contest against the Dolphins until Friday or beyond. Luckily for IDP owners, the Bills play in the first wave of games again.(RotoWire, )

News: Williams, who left Sunday's win over the Bears with concussion-like symptoms, will now have to undergo the NFL's mandated concussion protocol this week, BuffaloBills.com reports. Impact: Williams could still play this week against the Dolphins, but as we know in these situations any bit of a setback would likely rule him out. The promising safety only had three tackles Sunday while playing most of the game.(RotoWire, )

News: Williams left Sunday's game against the Bears with concussion symptoms, Tim Graham of The Buffalo News reports. Impact: Williams had a quiet IDP day before exiting, with just three tackles (two solo) and no pass defenses. He doesn't seem to have any concussion history in the NFL, which bodes well for his chances to make a quick return. He was excellent last season, making the Bills more comfortable letting Jairus Byrd go to New Orleans. Buffalo's reserve safety options are Duke Williams and Jonathan Meeks.(RotoWire, )
