News: Haden (hip) is active for Sunday's game against the Steelers. Impact: Haden didn't take the practice field on Wednesday or Thursday, but was able to suit up Friday on a limited basis. His presence on the field is much needed for a Cleveland pass defense that has struggled at times this year, as downgrading from a Pro Bowler to a rookie opposite Buster Skrine may have resulted in a long day for the Browns' secondary.(RotoWire, )

News: Haden (hip) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Steelers, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports. Impact: Per, Haden practiced lightly for the first time all week on Friday, but if the cornerback is unable to play Sunday, Justin Gilbert would be in line to start in his place this weekend.(RotoWire, )

News: Haden (hip) didn't make much progress during Thursday's practice, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Impact: Haden rode an exercise bike off to the side for the second straight day of practice, and doesn't appear to have significantly progressed since reports surfaced Wednesday that he may miss Sunday's game. Official word on the Pro Bowler's injury status should be updated when the team releases their injury report Friday. If Haden is unable to go, the team is likely to replace him with a combination of rookies Justin Gilbert and Robert Nelson.(RotoWire, )

News: Haden (hip) is in danger of missing Sunday's game against the Steelers, the teams' official site reports. Impact: Haden and the Browns have a "cautiously optimistic" attitude with respect to the Pro Bowler's chances of playing Sunday, but have a backup plan in place. If Haden is unable to go, look for the Browns to start either Justin Gilbert or Robert Nelson opposite Buster Skrine, with K'Waun Williams used primarily in nickel packages.(RotoWire, )

News: Haden was back on the practice field after missing two days with a hip injury. Impact: Haden's return on Friday increases the chance he'll play Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He got hurt last week in Cleveland's comeback win at Tennessee but did not miss a snap. Haden took part in individual drills, running, jumping and backpedalling during the 20-minute portion of practice open to reporters. (STATS, 12:12pm)
