News: Williams apologized to his teammates Tuesday and admitted he made a mistake in his postgame rant after the Eagles' 37-34 win over the Washington Redskins. Impact: Williams questioned coach Chip Kelly's practice habits in the locker room after the game Sunday, specifically Kelly's bringing the team in for a light walkthrough early last week, one day after it played a Monday night game in Indianapolis. Williams met with Kelly on Monday, then said Tuesday he spoke "out of anger and frustration." (STATS, 4:03pm)

News: Williams (hamstring) is active Sunday against Washington, Adam Caplan of ESPN reports. Impact: Williams combined for seven interceptions in 2012 and 2013, but until he contributes outside of his nine tackles (seven solo) through two games, IDP owners will look elsewhere for amenable defensive back options.(RotoWire, )

News: Williams (hamstring) is probable for Sunday's game against Washington. Impact: Williams was limited Wednesday and Thursday but practiced fully Friday, so he should be at or near full speed for Sunday. With just 76 tackles in his last 18 games, he's generally not a good IDP option.(RotoWire, )

News: Williams (hamstring) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday, the Eagles' official site reports. Impact: After managing just one solo tackle in the opener, Williams accumulated eight stops, including six solo, in Monday's win at Indianapolis. Because his combined tackle count ranged from 2-to-11 per game last season en route to 67 in a full slate, he's an up-and-down IDP contributor. Expect clarification on his availability as Sunday's contest against Washington approaches.(RotoWire, )
