News: Nelson caught nine passes for a career-high 209 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's win over the New York Jets. Impact: It gets better. He's had 30 targets through two weeks, so Aaron Rodgers is certainly looking his way plenty.(STATS, 5:30pm)

News: Nelson had nine catches on 16 targets for 209 yards with a touchdown in Sunday's 31-24 win over the Jets. Impact: Nelson's beautiful 80-yard touchdown late in the third quarter essentially won the game, breaking a 24-24 tie. He was surprisingly inefficient, catching just nine of the 16 passes thrown his way, but fantasy owners can't complain with a 200-yard performance.(RotoWire, )

News: Nelson had nine catches for 83 yards on 14 targets in Thursday's 36-16 loss to the Seahawks. Impact: It was an uncharacteristic statistical performance for Nelson, who has largely made a living by turning in excellent efficiency stats on middling volume. Of course, he won't have to play the Seahawks every week, so the big plays and touchdowns should come soon enough. Just don't expect a ton of targets on a weekly basis, as the Packers essentially ignored Jarrett Boykin (zero targets) on Thursday, matching up their third wideout against stud left cornerback Richard Sherman. Taking the opponent into account, both Nelson and Randall Cobb (6-58-1) got off to decent starts this season. There should be more yardage for the taking next week against the Jets.(RotoWire, )
