News: Coach Doug Marrone said Tuesday that the Bills are going to continue rotating their top three corners - Gilmore, Leodis McKelvin, and Corey Graham - during games, provided all three are healthy, reports. Said Marrone, "All three (are starters). I'm not trying to play games. We've been rotating them from day one since they've been back. I keep saying the same thing. Everyone is trying to pin, 'Who are the two (starters)? Who are the two (starters)?' But we've got a pretty good deal going if we have three guys...I firmly believe, with the level that they're playing, that those three players will produce more than if it's just two." Impact: In Sunday's win over Miami - Gilmore's first action this season after missing Week 1 with a groin injury - Graham was on the field for 72 of 79 defensive plays, Gilmore for 53, and McKelvin for 33. It looks like - assuming full health for all three - Marrone will keep a regular rotation with the biggest share going to the one playing the best. This is a fantastic idea for the Bills, though it does give both Gilmore and McKelvin a slight IDP hit, as both were previously expected to be full-fledged starters.(RotoWire, )

News: Gilmore, who missed Week 1 with a groin injury, was able to practice fully for a second straight day Thursday, ESPN's Mike Rodak reports. Impact: Gilmore also said Wednesday that he's feeling a lot better than last week, so all signs point to a return this week against the Dolphins. The Bills have three seasoned and capable cornerbacks in Gilmore, Leodis McKelvin, and Corey Graham, and with the No. 3 guy Graham playing so well last week, it wouldn't be a surprise if they used a rotation while Gilmore is still slightly less than 100 percent.(RotoWire, )

News: Gilmore, who missed the opener in Chicago due to a groin injury, was able to practice fully Wednesday, ESPN's Mike Rodak reports. Impact: That's obviously a key sign toward Gilmore making his 2014 debut this week against the Dolphins, however, it's worth noting Gilmore practiced in full last week a few times and still didn't suit up. If he plays, the Bills have a strong group of cornerbacks in Gilmore, Leodis McKelvin, Corey Graham (who played fantastically in Gilmore's absence), and Nickell Robey.(RotoWire, )

News: Gilmore (groin) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bears, the Bills' official site reports. Impact: Corey Graham is thus slated to start at cornerback in place of Gilmore on Sunday.(RotoWire, )

News: Though he said that he expects to play, Gilmore (groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears, the Post-Standard reports. Impact: Gilmore's ability to play looms large, just like the wide receivers that he (or someone else) will have to cover Sunday. The Bears aren't a team that you want to face without a starting cornerback, but the Bills do have solid depth at the position, and Gilmore seems to be much closer to 'probable' than 'doubtful'. While yet to emerge as a strong IDP option, Gilmore could be a sneaky play for deeper leagues in Week 1, assuming he takes the field. The Chicago offense should provide the Bills' cornerbacks with a decent number of tackle opportunities, and quarterback Jay Cutler has always thrown his fair share of interceptions.(RotoWire, )

News: Gilmore is inactive for Sunday's season opener against the Chicago Bears because of a nagging groin injury. Impact: A two-year starter, his absence is a big blow because the Bears boast two Pro Bowl receivers in Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery. With Gilmore out, former Bear Corey Graham starts at right cornerback for Buffalo. (STATS, 1:42pm)
