NFL Instagram Power Rankings: It's time to start the drilling
By Sid Saraf
It's all about the image
Instagram isn’t just a fad. NFL players have taken to the social media tool, posting photos of their off-the-field exploits and hobbies during their downtime. So we here at FOXSports.com present our Instagram Power Rankings, where we count down the top 10 images from the previous week. Let’s get to work. — Sid Saraf
I asked this exact question during the weather delay at the Ravens-Bears game on Sunday.
"What did the #Ravens do inside the #lockerroom during Sunday's 113-minute weather delay? (More photos & video on BaltimoreRavens.com & the mobile app.)"
OK, let's break it down. We've got one guy staying warm on the stationary bike; Joe Flacco hitting up the buffet because we all know there's nothing like playing football after having just eaten; another player grooving out to some music ... and I don't know what's going on the lower left-hand corner.
Should we be seeing that? Photo: Via Instagram @ravens
The Giants punter has a firm grasp on the fact that there's nothing like sharing great experiences with your family.
"Grammy finally got to see the Naked Cowboy. Shew! I'll cross that one off the list. #LoveMyGrammy"
Oh, I remember when I posed my grandmother for a picture with a ... random nude guitar player. Good times, good times. Photo: Via Instagram @weatherford5
The former Ravens linebacker's playing days are behind him, but he's still throwing up some serious weight.
"International chest day is every Monday. I flipped the script and started doing legs on Monday. So guess what? Today is chest day!! I am on a 2 body part a day split for upper so I did chest and back today. Video coming! Right here is board press. This gets your max bench way up! 405 board press for 6. Thank god I don't train like this any more. It's great for size and strength but hard to perform at this high a level for a considerable amount of time. I trained like this for 20 years. But I couldnt run a 6 minute mile. It's a give and take game. At the end of the day I want to be healthy on the side and outside, be able to bench and squat a house, run a 6 min mile, have a 6 pack, FIT IN NORMAL CLOTHING! Lol"
There's an international chest day? Is there an "international watch reruns of Parks and Recreation on Netflix while eating froyo day" as well? Because that's a day I can wrap my arms around.

Two former teammates get together on a Saturday before a showdown between the Vikings and Seahawks in Seattle.
"Choppin it up w my bro All Day @adrianpeterson I let him know it's gonna be pretty loud tomorrow at clink..#fam #edge #12thman"
I saw the game. It was pretty damn loud. Photo: Via Instagram @sidthekid18
The Bengals head into their bye week and their defensive end is all set to kick his feet up
"Much needed vacay. Bye Week relax the mind step away then refocus. Everything we want is in front of us. #WhoDey #pj"
Yup, I can relate. Whenever I have a week off, I hop on a private jet and soar to wherever I want to go. Oh, and when I say "private jet," I mean fighting with 200 people to squeeze like sardines into a Southwest Airlines flight.
I picked the wrong profession. Photo: Via Instagram @employee96
You gotta love Philadelphia. The Redskins nose tackle got a front-row seat for the brotherly love that flows from within the city limits.
"Our bus got egged on the way to the game only in Philly lol #gameday"
Hey, Chris should be thankful it was just eggs. It could have been batteries, rocks, bullets, dead bodies, you name it. Photo: Via Instagram @bigbake92
The Texans star running back has a lot of time to kick back and watch the Southern California now that he's out for the season with an injury. Don't blame him though. There's nothing like Los Angeles.
Suck it, haters. Photo: Via Instagram @arianfoster
"Is it safe to say that I'm not the only one in the world that would rather eat cereal over real food sometimes? Lol #Reese'sPuffs"
You're more than safe, Mr. Willis. In fact, myself and millions of red-blooded Americans would agree. Although I'll see your Puffs and raise you Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Or Trix. Or Fruity Pebbles. Or Raisin Bran Crunch.
I'll be right back ... I'm suddenly really hungry. Photo: Via Instagram @patricklwillis
Full disclosure: The Seahawks defensive backs call themselves The Legion of Boom.
"S/O to the beards on the team. Custom brushes"
Anyone else think they're getting a little carried away? Sorry, if I sound like a hater. Photo: Via Instagram @bambamkam
Here we go. Has Marshawn Lynch been here?
"The remains of a #BeastMode touchdown #MINvsSEA"
Ahhh, yes. "Skittles." Gotta be honest, I'm not a big fan of Marshawn throwing his candy all over the place like a bunch of chicken droppings. Can someone get him to clean that up, please? This isn't a hotel. Photo: Via Instagram @seahawks
Uh-oh! I know what's going on here!
"YES yes yes yes yes yes yes yes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #Futuremrsbironas !!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Congratulations to the Titans kicker and his bride to be! Now, good luck with your wedding planning. Trust me, you're gonna go gray before it's all done. Photo: Via Instagram @racheltbradshaw
You can spend hours in the gym sculpting the perfect body and work your way up the football ladder until you're a linebacker for the Denver Broncos. You can be a terror on the gridiron. But yet, you can't avoid the one misery that EVERY human being must experience:
"The Dentist... Well see it's only fun for the Dentist lol"
I agree. Never trust a smiling dentist. I bet she's evil with a drill. I hope Wesley brushes twice a day.
But here's something that will help Wesley chew his dinner without pain: He's just taken home the title this week! See you next time ... Photo: Via Instagram @wooddro52
