News: Webb has agreed to restructure his contract, Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun reports.
Impact: Webb struggled in 2014 while battling a hip injury, but he did show signs of improvement late in the season, and his contract all but ensures that he'll spend the next few years in Baltimore. The Ravens likely converted some of Webb's 2015 base salary to a signing bonus, giving the team more room to work with this offseason. Webb and Jimmy Smith will enter training camp as the locked-in starters on the outside, but Baltimore's slot corner position seems to be up for grabs. It was a huge issue for the Ravens last season, and it's particularly worrisome when you account for the respective injury histories of Webb and Smith. Baltimore will likely add cornerback help through the draft or later stages of free agency.
