Ravens running back Ray Rice and his fiancee, Janay Palmer, attacked one another in an Atlantic City casino on Feb. 15, with Rice striking her unconscious, according to police. And video footage obtained by TMZ shows Rice dragging an unconscious Palmer out of an elevator in the casino.
Rice is approached by a man who appears to be security, who speaks into a microphone as Rice is trying to pick Palmer off the floor. The couple was arrested later on and police said they have video that proves the two attacked each other.
Rice's attorney Michael Diamondstein responded to a request for comment, acknowledging that it is Rice and his fiancee but saying the video is "not the complete event, but is merely the end result of what transpired."
Diamondstein added: "Neither Ray nor myself will try this case in the media.
"We'll assure the public that when this matter is fully tried and completed, you'll have a better understanding of what happened and we ask the public to reserve making any judgment until all of the facts come out."
