During today’s decisive win against the Carolina Panthers, Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning tied hall-of-famer Dan Marino not once but twice on the all-time list.
Manning threw his 420th touchdown pass today, tying him with Dan Marino for second all-time behind Brett Favre (who has 508). It was Manning’s only touchdown in the 36-14 rout of the Carolina Panthers this morning.
Also, today’s win was number 147, tying Manning with Marino for third all-time. The next obstacle on the list? The immortal John Elway, who currently serves as executive vice-president of football operations for the Broncos.
