Ordinary pushups just aren't good enough for Drew Brees
Drew Brees is an innovator.
While most of us are content to bust out 10-20 pushups every now and again, the Saints quarterback is a professional athlete. That means he's gotta come up with new ways to test his body so it can withstand the rigors of the NFL.
"It's extremely advanced and builds off years of experience," said Todd Durkin, Brees' offseason trainer. So, don't try this at home right away as it took Brees a few tries before he was able to get it down.
"Drew always wants to push his limits and try new challenges," Durkin said.
