during the first quarter of Sunday’s “Manning Bowl” at MetLife Stadium, and out of nowhere, Denver running back
laid a textbook decleater right to his chest. The play didn’t end up counting because an offensive pass interference penalty on
nullified the gain. Unfortunately for Terrell Thomas, the pain couldn’t be reversed with the play, and he had to be helped off the field. The devastating block wasn’t Moreno’s only highlight in Sunday’s first half, either. On the second play of the second quarter, he took a
handoff 20 yards for his first touchdown of the season.
