Ihedigbo (leg/suspension) wants to play in 2017 after appearing in just four contests in 2016, Michael Rothstein of ESPN reports.
Ihedigbo's 2016 season ended after he fractured his fibula late in the year while playing for the Bills. Though he claims his leg has "100 percent healed," he will still have to sit out four games due to a suspension. The 33-year-old safety last saw significant playing time in 2015, when he played in 15 games for Detroit and recorded 63 tackles and an interception. The veteran believes he still has gas in the tank, but he may need to wait until a team faces injuries at the safety position before he gets signed.
