News: The Steelers have released Keisel (triceps), the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports.
Impact: The 36-year-old defensive end saw action in 12 games, starting four, for the Steelers last season before sustaining a season-ending triceps tear in Week 13. ESPN.com notes that Keisel indicated last month that he was working his way back from the triceps injury and was open to playing this coming season, though it's unclear how much interest he'll garner in free agency.

News: Keisel (torn triceps) finished the season on injured reserve.
Impact: Before the injury, Keisel had recorded 17 tackles including a sack and one interception.
