Suns’ O’Neal goaltends winning trey

It’s not often you see a game-winning goaltending call. How
about one on a 3-pointer!?! Cue up the atrocious Suns.

With the score tied Tuesday night, Rockets star James Harden
heaved a 3-pointer as time expired. The ball clanged high off the
rim and then Phoenix center Jermaine O’Neal reached up and
knocked it off the cylinder as he fought for position. Officials
called goaltending, which would have given the game to the host
Rockets, but reviewed the footage. Sure enough, video evidence
confirmed that O’Neal got caught with his hand in the cookie jar
— or above the cylinder

Yes, he goaltended a game-winning 3-pointer.
