The Indiana Pacers could be getting their superstar swingman back very soon.

Paul George, who has missed the entire season after suffering a compound fracture to his leg, could make his season debut in the next week, ESPN reported Friday.

George is recovering from a broken leg he sustained during a Team USA intrasquad scrimmage in August. Since the injury, the Pacers have been noncommittal about George’s potential return.

Indiana has been making a push for the playoffs, pulling within a tie of the Boston Celtics for the eighth and final spot in the Eastern Conference.

George increased his scoring average each of his first four years in the league, averaging 21.7 points last season.
