Pacers G Price undergoes surgery on injured knee

Indiana Pacers guard A.J. Price has undergone surgery on his

left knee and will go through the rehabilitation process in

Indianapolis.

The Pacers said Price had successful surgery Tuesday to repair a

fractured patella. He is expected to be out four to six months.

The second-year guard averaged 7.3 points, 1.9 assists and 1.6

rebounds in his rookie season with Indiana. He started twice in 56

appearances and was a regular part of the team’s rotation during

the second half of last season.

Price was injured Saturday night while playing in a charity game

in New York.
