Dion Waiters shares heart-breaking tribute to slain younger brother

Another tragedy strikes the Thunder.

On Instagram, Oklahoma City Thunder guard Dion Waiters revealed that his little brother was one of six people killed in Philadelphia on Tuesday afternoon (via Fox29):

The 24-year-old former lottery pick is a Philadelphia native, and is averaging 28.3 minutes and 9.6 points per game. Obviously, this is terrible, and continues a string of tragedy surrounding the Thunder organization.

Last month, assistant coach Monty Williams lost his wife, Ingrid, in a car accident. A few weeks later, a part-owner of the organization, Aubrey McClendon, died in a single-car wreck one day after he was indicted for conspiring to suppress prices paid for oil and natural gas leases.

The Thunder is 43-20, and host the Los Angeles Clippers tonight.
