Memphis Grizzlies power forward Zach Randolph has agreed to a two-year, $20 million extension, Yahoo! Sports/FOX Sports 1 NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski reports.

The extension will kick in at the start of the 2015-16 season. Randolph exercised a $16.5 million player option for next season.

The two sides reportedly hit an impasse days ago, when the Grizzlies were asking Randolph to take a three-year deal while Randolph was seeking a four-year pact, Wojnarowski reported Wednesday.

Randolph has spent the past five seasons with the Grizzlies, recording double-doubles in four of those campaigns. He averaged 17.4 points and 10.1 rebounds this past season.
