Long arm of NBA law slaps Outlaw for using his arms

The play occurred with 8:06 left in the Clippers' 103-102 victory on Saturday. Outlaw received a flagrant-2 foul and was ejected, the first ejection of Outlaw's career.
After the game, Outlaw told The Sacramento Bee:
"When I reached out I couldn't stop him from falling. I was trying to but he was too strong and he went on down. It happens I guess. . . . I was surprised but he fell kind of hard. Then the (Clippers) rushing over there. I think the situation made it more than what it was."
The NBA announced the fine for ''excessive and unnecessary contact'' on Sunday.
