Chris Paul becomes first player since 1984 to post 20 assist, 0 turnover game

He may not be the most popular player in the NBA…

He may not have an NBA championship (let alone a Western Conference Finals appearance) to his name…

But he is Chris Paul — perhaps the premier point guard in professional basketball. Before Saturday night's game vs. the New Orleans Pelicans, Paul came into the contest averaging an absolutely ridiculous 9.4 : 2.3 assist-to-turnover ratio.

By the time the Clippers completed their 133-105 beatdown of the visitors, Chris Paul had achieved something that hadn't been done in three decades:

That's not a typo — Chris Paul had 20 assists and zero turnovers:

Yeah, it wasn't against a legitimate title contender…

Yeah, the Pelicans didn't even have their star Anthony Davis available to play…

But no-one is going to care when they see CP3's name in the record books after accomplishing one of the most unfathomable feats we've seen in the NBA in quite some time.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention he had 20 points too. Congratulations to the Point God of Gods.
