Outspoken NBA analyst Charles Barkley is already calling November’s election in favor of President Barack Obama.
Never one to shy away from giving an opinion on any subject, Barkley trash-talked the presumptive Republican nominee Sunday night after TNT showed Romney in the stands in Boston at the Celtics-Hawks playoff game.
"Mitt Romney. Listen, main man, we’re going to beat you like a drum in November. Don’t take it personally. You seem like a nice guy. But you’re going down, bro," Barkley said.
The Hall of Famer is a big supporter of Obama, though national polls indicate the former Massachusetts governor has a much better chance at the White House than Barkley believes.
A USA Today/Gallup poll of 12 swing states released Monday found Romney trailing the president 47 percent to 45 percent, within the poll’s margin of error.
