Break out the Northwest bubbly, there's a new leader for the first time since Week 1. It’s no use denying the trendy favorite any longer, as the Trail Blazers have demanded their placement on top. A Western Conference team deserves the high spot anyway. The imbalance between conferences has become even more absurd, as just two teams in the East are above .500 and only three out West are below .500.
