News: Stuckey views himself as a "combo guard", Scott Agness of Pacers.com reports. Impact: Stuckey was brought in via free agency to help cushion the loss of Lance Stephenson, but he isn't guaranteed a starting role out of the gates. He seems like one of the most likely candidates heading into 2014-15, but this is dependent on what recent acquisition C.J. Miles is able to show, as well as the development of some of their younger players. Stuckey may not be able to fill the void left by Stephenson, but his versatility could help his case in earning the starting shooting guard spot.(RotoWire, )

News: Stuckey has agreed to a one-year contract with the Pacers, USA Today reports. Impact: Stuckey's signing comes on the heels of former Pacer Lance Stephenson inking a three-year deal with the Hornets. In seven NBA seasons spent entirely with the Pistons, the 28-year-old Stuckey has averaged 13.4 points and 3.9 assists per game. Considering Indiana also brought in swingman C.J. Miles this offseason, Stuckey could become the Pacers' bench spark plug at either guard spot, while also proving a capable starter when need be.(RotoWire, )
