News: Carter-Williams scored 24 points (10-24 FG, 4-5 FT) to go along with seven rebounds, two assists and two steals in 33 minutes Monday against Portland. Impact: Carter-Williams continues to shoot for a poor percentage from the field, but he has provided solid averages of 15.7 points, 5.9 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.1 steals a game. He's the best player on a bad Philadelphia roster, so continue to expect him to provide solid fantasy value.(RotoWire, )

News: Carter-Williams had a pretty efficient game, despite landing himself into foul trouble. He finished Friday's contest with 18 points, six rebounds, six assists, and one steal in 28 minutes. Impact: Carter-Williams was actually having a pretty good game on Friday, even though the Sixers fell out of the game pretty early. He was able to contribute across the board, while this was the first game he's had without hitting a three-pointer. Despite this, he's still averaging six rebounds and five assists in the five games he's played in this season, showing that he hasn't regressed too much from the injury that caused him to miss the first seven games of the season.(RotoWire, )

News: Carter-Williams returned to the starting lineup for the first time this season and provided 11 points (4-13 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, and five assists in 32 minutes in the loss to Boston on Wednesday. Impact: Carter-Williams had been playing a starter's complement of minutes off the bench in his first three games of the season. Now, he is a starter in both name and minutes. The second-year guard will be a nice source of points, rebounds, assists, and steals, but his percentages may be problematic.(RotoWire, )

News: Carter-Williams will start Wednesday's game against the Celtics, Tom Moore of the Bucks County Courier Times reports. Impact: This is another step for Carter-Williams as he returns from a shoulder injury. In his last three games, the guard has registered at least 27 minutes, 13 points, five rebounds, and four assists in every game. However, his shooting wasn't very efficient (16-of-45 from the field).(RotoWire, )

Impact: He has seen between 27 and 30 minutes in his three games since returning from a shoulder injury, and has been a strong contributor in that time for fantasy teams, with the potential to offer even more production with increased playing time.(RotoWire, )

News: Carter-Williams will come off the bench Monday for the third consecutive game, the Philadelphia Inquirer's Keith Pompey reports. Impact: He had 13 points, five rebounds, five assists and two steals in 27 minutes Friday, and similar production should be expected Monday, despite him acting as a reserve. News: Carter-Williams made his first appearance of the season, coming off the bench to score 19 points (6-19 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 6-10 FT). Impact: Although Carter-Williams didn't make the start, he made his first appearance of the season and played 30 minutes, the most of any 76er in a blowout against the Mavericks. This was also the first game that Carter-Williams and Nerlens Noel played in together. Despite his terrible shooting night, Carter-Williams still pulled down eight rebounds, and had five assists. He's now good to go in all leagues.(RotoWire, )

News: Carter-Williams (shoulder) will come off the bench Thursday against the Mavericks, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Impact: Carter-Williams will likely see limited minutes in his return, and his coming off the bench almost confirms that suspicion. Coach Brett Brown didn't specify how much he expects to play the second-year point guard, but he did say he wanted to be smart about Carter-Williams' minutes. Assuming he doesn't suffer a setback, his minutes should increase with each game he plays.(RotoWire, )

News: Carter-Williams (shoulder) may not start Thursday as coach Brett Brown wants to be smart about his minutes, Marc Narducci of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Impact: Carter-Williams was already expected to see limited minutes to avoid putting strain on a shoulder that his kept him out of the beginning of the season. His minutes shouldn't be affected too much by coming off the bench if that is indeed what happens.(RotoWire, )

News: Carter-Williams (shoulder) remains on track to play Thursday against Dallas but likely won't play big minutes, Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Impact: This comes as no surprise, given the fact that Carter-Williams has not played in an NBA game since the end of last season. While coach Brett Brown did not offer a specific minutes estimate, it's fair to expect Carter-Williams to play well below his 2013-14 season average of 34.5 per game. Carter-Williams will probably continue to be limited over the next handful of games until the Sixers are fully comfortable with his health and conditioning.(RotoWire, )
