News: Jones has signed a one-year deal with the Cavs for the league minimum, the Akron Beacon Journal's Jason Lloyd reports. Impact: He'll link back up with LeBron James, after spending time together in Miami over the last four seasons. Last year he averaged 4.9 points and 1.4 three-pointers per game, and will be a three-point specialist off the bench for Cleveland. He will rarely offer much fantasy value on a night-to-night basis.(RotoWire, )
