News: Aminu has reached a contract agreement with the Mavericks, CSN Northwest's Chris Haynes reports. Impact: He seemed to plateau as a player in his four seasons (three with the Pelicans), never averaging more than 7.3 points per game. The one category where he can be very useful is rebounds, as he grabbed 7.7 in less than 30 minutes per game in 2012-13, which was valuable because he qualifies at small forward. Aminu, will probably be used when the Mavericks go small, as a compliment in the frontcourt with Dirk Nowitzki. He certainly doesn't figure to see much run at small forward as Dallas signed Chandler Parsons as a free agent this summer.(RotoWire, )
