News: Anthony scored 30 points (11-19 FG, 2-6 3P, 6-6 FT) with three rebounds, three assists and three steals in 34 minutes during Wednesday's preseason win over the Wizards. Impact: He seems to be adapting nicely to coach Derek Fisher's triangle offense. Look for Anthony to once again be among the NBA scoring leaders despite (or perhaps because of) the relative lack of talent around him on the Knicks' roster.(RotoWire, )

News: Anthony scored 24 points (7-22 FG, 2-8 3P, 8-9 FT) with nine rebounds, six assists and two steals in 31 minutes during Monday's preseason loss to the Bucks. Impact: For a guy who says he doesn't expect to win the scoring title this season, Anthony sure fired up a lot of shots. While his scoring may end up being down a tick, he could well see a spike in assists as the point forward in the Knicks' new triangle offense.(RotoWire, )

News: Anthony, who won the scoring title in 2012-13, said he doesn't expect to win it again this season, ESPN New York's Ian Begley reports. "Especially in this system now, I don't think I'll be the scoring champ," Anthony said, in reference to the Knicks' new Triangle offense under coach Derek Fisher. Impact: The Knicks could be running the worst offensive system in the world, and Anthony would still probably project to be a top-five scorer in the NBA. However, athletes typically set their sights pretty high, and if Anthony is already conceding the scoring title (which he finished second in last season with 27.4 points per game), it's probably fair to expect Anthony's points per game to take a slight dip this season.(RotoWire, )
