NASCAR Race Hub's Danielle Trotta, Kaitlyn Vincie take fans 'Off Track' with new show

Published Nov. 15, 2016 3:20 p.m. ET

What’s inside a driver’s refrigerator? How do their wives and girlfriends make a motor coach a true home on wheels? And what’s the most shocking revelation in Jeff Gordon’s new book?

To answer these questions and more, FOX Sports launches "Off Track," a new weekly digital program hosted by NASCAR Race Hub’s Danielle Trotta and Kaitlyn Vincie, that offers fans the inside scoop on their favorite drivers, their families and other NASCAR personalities.

Instead of diving under the hood, Off Track delves into the lifestyles, kids, sports and fashion of NASCAR to provide viewers a side of their favorite drivers and their families that they haven’t seen before. From the producers of FOX Sports’ @TheBuzzer, Off Track is scheduled to premiere Tuesday, Oct. 18 at 3:30 p.m. ET on Facebook Live with four-time champion and FOX NASCAR analyst Jeff Gordon as the first guest.  To watch live, go to the NASCAR on FOX Facebook page.

“For years, Kaitlyn and I have wanted to do a lifestyle show together, talking to people in NASCAR but not necessarily about NASCAR,” Trotta said.  “That's essentially the premise of the show. It's daytime talk featuring the biggest names in our sport. It's a show where we put down the numbers and X's & O's and instead get to know these folks away from the racetrack. It's going to be a ton of fun getting to know these drivers, team members, wives and girlfriends like never before.”

Each episode will allow time for viewers of the live stream to ask questions of the guests and hosts in real time and receive answers live on the program.  In addition to the FOX NASCAR Charlotte studios, possible interview settings include drivers’ motorhomes, shopping malls, grocery stores and anywhere the interview subjects frequent on a regular basis.

“There really is no other show in the NASCAR space now like Off Track and none with two female on-air personalities,” Vincie stated.  “We hear about race car setup and strategy all the time, but Danielle’s and my goal is to give fans a glimpse of who these drivers, crew members, wives and girlfriends are when they aren’t at the race track.  We’ll welcome different personalities on the show with an emphasis on who they are and what they enjoy when they aren’t racing.  Off Track will be a new, refreshing take on the sport we all love.”

The schedule for forthcoming episodes, all airing on Facebook Live, will vary from week to week.  Follow @NASCARonFOX on Twitter and Facebook to stay updated on future guests and show times.
