JUL 19, 2014 8:23p ET
RaceDay on FOX Sports Radio with Rob D'Amico is heard every Sunday from 6-8 a.m. ET on over 250 FOX Radio affiliates, the American Force Network and streamed live on FoxSports.com, FoxSportsRadio.com and iHeartRadio.com
This week the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series uses their last weekend off for a much-needed break and guess who is leading that?
ON THE SHOW
Saturday's Honda Indy Toronto 2 in T.O. was rained out so a true doubleheader is scheduled for Sunday with the first race beginning at 10:15 a.m. ET and the second race at 4:15 ET -- two races in one day. Indy President of Competition Derrick Walker will talk about the decision to run both races on the same day on the Honda IndyCar Report. Plus we will have Ardy Arani's Insiders Report and an IndyCar preview.
ON THE GRID
NASCAR will be on track this weekend but it'll only be the NASCAR Nationwide Series in Chicagoland, where Brian Scott started on the pole Saturday night and Chase Elliott pulled outthe victory.
Formula One will be in Germany for the German GP and Nico Rosberg is on the pole.
IndyCar Race 2 in Toronto....but with all the rain race 1 will start at 10:30 a.m. w/rolling start and race 2 w/standing start at 4:15 p.m.
And the NHRA is in Denver, where 16-time champion John Force set a track record.
We'll discuss Tom Jensen's Midterm Report Card for all the NASCAR Sprint Cup teams and is Tony Stewart back to his winning ways in sprint cars?
If you haven't heard already, I ran my sprint car tonight and won! Felt great to run it again. Was a 2nd place car but had a little luck :)— Tony Stewart (@TonyStewart) July 19, 2014
