According to a report at PilotOnline.com, 2004 NASCAR Premier Series champion Kurt Busch is looking to sell a piece of property in the Virginia Beach community of Croatan Beach.

The asking price for the undeveloped .24-acre tract is a cool $1.5 million. If that sounds like a lot, well, it’s right on the Atlantic Ocean and the value of real estate, as well all know, is based on three things: location, location, and location.

“Absolutely spectacular prime oceanfront lot located in Croatan Beach, one of Virginia Beach's most coveted beach front communities,” reads the property listing from Sotheby’s International Realty. “360 (degree) water views with direct bold views of the Atlantic Ocean to the east and Lake Wesley to the west. It does not get better than this! Croatan Beach is a beach lover's community offering safety, security, and vibrant and outgoing residents.”

PilotOnline.com is also reporting that Busch is selling a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bate penthouse condo in Westin Virginia Beach Town Center Residences. The asking price for that property is $1.95 million.
