DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. — J.J. Yeley will drive the No. 44 Xxxtreme Motorsports Chevy for team owner John Cohen starting at his home track — Phoenix International Raceway on Feb. 28th.
Yeley, 37, most recently ran for Tommy Baldwin Racing. He finished 10th in the 2013 Daytona 500 and 32nd in the Sprint Cup point standings.
Yeley, who won the USAC Triple Crown in 2003, has two top-five finishes in the Cup series. His career-best second-place showing came with Joe Gibbs Racing in the Coca-Cola 600 in 2007. He finished 21st in the standings that season.
