Best Tweets: Mark Martin Is Fed Up, Brandt Racing Gets Revenge

It was certainly a ‘Wild Asphalt Circus’ kind of weekend at Texas Motor Speedway, and the NASCAR Twittersphere had plenty to talk about.

So, without further ado, here are the ‘Tweets of the Week!’

If you’re taking shop tours any time soon, you might not want to pull any pranks of the Turner Scott Motorsports Brandt Racing team.

There were a lot of NASCAR-themed Halloween costumes out there this year, but this one caught Danica Patrick’s attention.

In case you didn’t notice, Jimmie Johnson had a pretty good weekend at Texas Motor Speedway.

One week after their angry post-race confrontation on pit road, Greg Biffle was able to put everything behind him and congratulate Johnson. He did give him a pretty good shot in the bumper during Sunday’s race, though.

Jimmie’s success caught the eye of FOX Sports’ own Darrell Waltrip.

While Johnson’s win impressed many in the NASCAR world, not everyone was happy to see the No. 48 team back in victory lane. Mark Martin did not take too kindly to the upset fans on Twitter.

Martin’s comments on the Twitter trolls seemed to strike a chord among many in the NASCAR Twittersphere.

As fans were debating the race, so was defending series champion Brad Keselowski. He asked fans to weigh in and apaprently agreed with some. No word on if he agreed with the same fan that caught Mark Martin’s attention.

One person who was certainly please with how the race at Texas turned out was Parker Kligerman. The young driver made his NASCAR Sprint Cup Series debut and finished in the 18th spot.

Our friend NASCARcasm had a pretty good weekend at Texas Motor Speedway, too. It’s really a shame he didn’t have a better view of the race.

Ever get frustrated and wish you could think of something funny that will lighten the mood? Apparently so does Danica Patrick.

Still a young driver, Ryan Blaney has already been faced with that age-old question, ‘What would you do if you weren’t a driver?’

By the way, crew chief Rodney Childers’ kids are probably cooler than yours.
