News: Joe Gibbs Racing announced that Edwards will join the organization in 2015 to compete full time in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. In addition, ARRIS Group, Inc. will sponsor Edwards in the No. 19 Toyota Camry for 17 races in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series with JGR expanding its operations to include a fourth team, reports. Impact: It's finally been made official. Edwards moves to JGR in 2015 and he will pilot the new No. 19 Toyota team. This will be a fourth team for Gibbs, and it will have at least partial sponsorship from primary sponsor, ARRIS. News: Edwards raced a loose car to a 23rd place finish in the Pure Michigan 400 on Sunday afternoon. Impact: Edwards had to battle against the No. 99 for a lot of the race, and couldn't contend with the leaders at one of his best tracks. News: Edwards finished fifth in the Cheez-It 355 at Watkins Glen International Sunday afternoon. Impact: The Roush Fenway Racing star proved his Sonoma victory was no fluke with a strong performance at Watkins Glen Sunday. Edwards used smart pit strategy once again to put his No. 99 Ford in good track position late despite all the cautions in the final third of the event. He couldn't get around Kurt Busch on the final restart in a battle for third-place, and eventually settled to fifth by the checkered flag.
